I WISH YOU SANCTUARY

In the largest city still standing, celebrity idol and military superstar Rei Briar is the heir to the renowned public defense force. After losing his older brother and countless others to the war against a deadly biological plague, Rei is tasked with keeping the peace between his people and the victims in the quarantined sister city, known as Sanctuary, until a cure is found.Though he prefers to work alone, Rei is assigned a new partner in combat—a sharp-witted (yet somewhat annoying?!) boy from the slums who gradually makes him reconsider what he really wants from his life and legacy. As tensions rise between the two cities, Rei begins to question whether the burden of leadership is truly his to bear—or if he’s already in too deep to walk away.-
'I Wish You Sanctuary' is a book series that is being co-written by HyperWasHere & Vixombie. It is as close to a slice-of-life romcom that you can get in a post apocalyptic city of monsters.
